1. Shipping

We ship all small goods through Australia Post and large goods, such as rugs through a courier. 

You will be notified when your item is shipped

We only use trusted and reliable couriers but please note we do not take responsibility for damaged goods in transit or lost in transit

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

If you live in Perth, Western Australia, we offer free local pick up from a central location

Please contact us regarding international shipping on all other items

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns due to change of mind

If the item is faulty, we are happy to refund your money, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the fault and your invoice number

*Please note - our felt ball rugs and felt ball mats are lovingly handmade, therefore there may be slight variations in each product
